JellyFil discloses its blend total: 82mg, shared across nine ingredients. That's a real transparency strength compared to brands that don't publish a blend weight at all. But the number itself deserves a closer look.
Doing The Subtraction
Caffeine is called out individually at 5mg within that 82mg. That leaves roughly 77mg split across the remaining eight ingredients: Muira Puama, Maca, Catuaba, Green Tea Extract, Ashwagandha, L-Arginine, Tribulus Terrestris and Horny Goat Weed. Divided evenly, that's under 10mg each — though blends are rarely divided evenly, so some ingredients likely get more and others less.
What Research Doses Actually Look Like
L-Arginine studies commonly use 3,000mg or more daily. Ashwagandha research typically uses 300-600mg. Tribulus Terrestris studies commonly use 250mg or more. Every one of those figures is many times larger than what a shared 82mg blend could provide per ingredient.
What This Does And Doesn't Mean
It doesn't mean JellyFil's blend does nothing — multiple modest-dose ingredients working together can still contribute something, and traditional-use botanicals weren't all originally used at modern research doses. But it does mean the realistic expectation is gentle, gradual support, not the effect size seen in a single-ingredient clinical trial.
Our Take
Credit where due: JellyFil discloses more than most gummy competitors in this category. Just do the division yourself before assuming the blend total translates to research-level strength.
